Our whitening formula has been extensively researched and developed to ensure no to less pain, damage or sensitivity is caused to teeth or gums.

Please seek medical advice prior to using if you're pregnant, having serious gum problems or have recently had an oral operation. The Million Dirham Smile Teeth Whitening products are not a substitute for regular dental care. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes thoroughly if our formula comes into contact with them. The formula will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures.

Does Million Dirham Smile Teeth Whitening Kit whiten veneers?

No, unfortunately our Teeth Whitening Kit only whitens natural teeth. Veneers aren’t designed to be whitened and require special maintenance from your dentist. This also includes caps, crowns, fillings, bridges and dentures.

Does the Kit whiten crooked teeth?

Yes, The Million Dirham Smile Teeth Whitening Kit whitens crooked teeth. To achieve the best results, apply a small portion of Gel to your finger and rub into any hard to reach places before applying to the Mouth Tray. For maintaining results on crooked teeth, consider our Teeth Whitening Pen for easier applications.

Can I use the Kit with braces or a retainer?

We recommend waiting until your braces are removed before using the Teeth Whitening Kit to avoid uneven whitening. You may be able to use the Kit with a retainer, but this will depend on the sort of retainer you have. It’s best to speak to your dentist before use. As an alternative, consider our Day & Night Toothpaste to gradually whiten teeth.

Every pregnancy can be completely different, so we always recommend consulting with your doctor prior to using Million Dirham Smile products regarding any health concerns you may have.

We guarantee a minimum of two shades whiter teeth after using our Teeth Whitening Kit, or we’ll give you your money back. To qualify for a refund, be sure to take clear pictures of your teeth prior to using the Kit for the first time, and after your sixth consecutive treatment.

If you’re not confident that you’ve improved by two or more shades, simply send us through your before and after pictures along with a picture of your used Teeth Whitening Kit. So long as your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery, we’ll get to work on reviewing your application.

Each Kit comes complete with an LED Light and Mouth Tray, Shade Guide, and 3 Gel Syringes for a total of 6 applications.

The Mouth Tray is a one-size-fits-all design, so getting started is as simple as attaching the Mouth Tray to the LED Light. Apply ¼ of the gel to the top and ¼ to the bottom of the Mouth Tray to whiten both top and bottom teeth.

Pop the device in, press the button, and the whitening process begins. The LED Light includes a built-in 10 minute timer that will automatically turn off at the end of your application. Spit and rinse, and repeat over 6 consecutive days for the best results.

The kit includes 12 treatments. Some customers will see results after one treatment. However in order to achieve maximum results please use 12 full treatments.

After a full course treatment, results will typically begin fading after 9-12 weeks. To maintain whiteness, we recommend a top up every 14 days using our refill gels.

Our Standard Delivery service ships via Shipa Delivery and aims to deliver your order within 2 working days from dispatch.

All shipping timeframes operate in business days which excludes weekends and public holidays.

If your delivery has exceeded the shipping timeframe you will need to contact the courier delivering the parcel to you incase they have more information that isn't shown on your tracking link.

Please contact info@milliondirhamsmile.com as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed by our warehouse. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, we may contact you or your order may be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@milliondirhamsmile.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@milliondirhamsmile.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@milliondirhamsmile.com.
